I have to say, I moved in mid-August of 2025 and Travis helped me every step of the way. I can't be happier that we were able to find this place. When I needed something fixed, they we're quickly on it. They send out email notifications when they're going to do any kind of work in the area; (ie: snow removal/clean up) so you can prepare ahead of time, which to me, that's very considerate. Unprofessional, dishonest, and too expensive. I had to move out due to poor living conditions at such a high price and when i reached out they refused to help. I still have the email for evidence.
Site says there is a playground - there isn't Site says there is an area for dogs - there isn't walls are paper thin apartment building has been down to one washer and dryer for over a year now You get what you paid for
Very friendly both people and pets.
First and foremost I think people have to remember it's a business first, that operates a residency and/or dwelling. That being said you have some good neighbors, you have some bad. On the business side , Travis (Property Manager) and Tim (maintenance) have always been respectful, professional and handle any and all concerns in a timely fashion.
