Where do I start? This "gated community" is absolutely ridiculous. Constant theft and break-ins into homes on a REGULAR BASIS. Security is a joke. They don't prevent any criminal activity. Criminal activity is running rampant in these gates. And instead of doing their job they simply send you tickets in the mail for every little thing trying to extort additional $$$ from you. The employees in the front office are extremely unprofessional and rude, especially that vulgar one named Valerie. Her attitude is very nasty.... read more

We love the area but the communication is horrible. I got a stop sign situation, while following my husband in another vehicle. I went to office about it they stated that I would have the hearing and told me the date. Before the date they start calling my landlord stating they will put a lien on his house of not paid for and that there is nothing in writing for the hearing. I contacted them about it and they stated that they would review the situation and if not dropped citation would have to be paid by September 3,2017. ... read more

No sidewalks and cars that don't pay attention to pedestrians. Can't count number of time my kids and I have almost been run over. Ridiculous water bill. Average about $150 a month. Dues are $105 a month, but for what? They ask for money for everything including for fireworks and to fix up park. Silly rules you get tickets and fines for everything. Rent a cops act like state troopers. Lake is so dirty that beach is closed for most of the summer. There is a monopoly on cable providers with only Mediacom being allowed.... read more
