Amazing customer service! I have been using Candlewic for about 4 years now and I am never disappointed.
I would give them less than 1 star if possible. Ordered their container wax through Amazon and they sent the wrong wax in a mislabeled bag yet insisted that I was wrong and lying even though I sent pictures and videos of the so called container palm wax just sliding out of the vessel. I will never order from them again and will continue to make sure that people know who nasty and rude they are when they make a mistake. I’m completely unsatisfied with our current orders we have coming from them. We placed an order June 4th and still nothing was shipped out or delivered. Terrible customer service as they do not and will not accept the fact they dropped the ball with our order. Choose a different company.
