Amazing customer service! I have been using Candlewic for about 4 years now and I am never disappointed.
I would give them less than 1 star if possible. Ordered their container wax through Amazon and they sent the wrong wax in a mislabeled bag yet insisted that I was wrong and lying even though I sent pictures and videos of the so called container palm wax just sliding out of the vessel. I will never order from them again and will continue to make sure that people know who nasty and rude they are when they make a mistake.
