Not sure why no stars is not an option. Horrible customer service. Products are mislabeled Do not return emails or phone calls. Will be taking my issues further.
The worst Customer service ever the highest price shipping ever. Will they give you a shipping return if there’s a problem no are they nice to work with? No you’d have to be crazy to order from this company cause all you get her headaches and a woman yelling at the other end, unbelievable. Owner of this company is very petty i hope to see the day your business shutters. I ordered wax from their ebay account a few times no problem. Then one day i ordered wicks from their ebay account they sent the wrong wick so i had to return them. Due to me return the wicks that they messed up my order for they blocked me from being able to order from them on ebay anymore. so for that petty gesture im going to to go to every social media page asking about candle supplies and 100% inform people to avoid this company.
