I am posting this review because we have had many, many issues with this apartment complex. At 11am, Sunday may 17th 2026, the upstairs unit flooded into our unit in the bedroom area. I contacted the emergency maintenance line for help with the issue. From 11am onward I spent my time using our green machine to suction the flooded water out of our carpet bedroom floors. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience living here. My room suddenly lost power while the rest of the apartment still had electricity. I immediately contacted the emergency maintenance number and left a message, but didn’t receive a callback for nearly 2 hours. When the maintenance staff finally responded, I was told that having no electricity in my room is not considered an emergency according to their ‘rule book.’ I was basically told to stay without power overnight.
