This has got to be the biggest joke of a facility I've ever experienced. Over a year and still haven't gotten a diagnosis for my daughter. Called and nobody ever answered and if they do then they claim to call you back. Last thing I heard is results were sent in and they weren't. Over a year.... Still no word. Something as serious as mental health and you get nothing out of these ppl.
We were referred here as this was the closest pediatric psychologist for our 3 year old son. Our first consultation was June 1st and would consist of 3 interviews to determine if our child was autistic. Every. Single. One. of the appointments had to be rescheduled and pushed back at the doctor's request for one reason or another. After the final interview, over 2 months later, we were told we would receive the official write up on his diagnosis "soon".
