If I could give a rating of 0 that's what I would give it. Management is rude and unresponsive to your needs or concerns. I own my home and have lived here for 20 years this is the worse group of owners there has been. They don 't do anything to improve the community. They just collect your money anx tell you to kick rocks
The thing they don't tell you is that the water is contaminated and you should not drink, cook, or shower in it. I have two cats that died of cancer, and I can't prove it, but, me and my family and animals drank it for 8 months, not knowing because they don't disclose that. I got sicker and sicker until we finally broke the lease and left. If you can't drink or cook with it, how is showering in it safe? And WHY aren't they disclosing that the water you're using is toxic and can cause cancer? I finally did my research, and it... read more
I visited someone that just moved in. It was very clean and quiet. Also, the units all looked new.
Very misleading! A bunch of unruly unsupervised children constantly roaming yards, loitering on porches. Notices are constantly emailed but yet to be enforced!
