They’ve been good to me!
Candlelight is very understanding and patient with there Tenants. They have come through for us more than needed. We appreciate Fred. He is an amazing manager. Even during the storm they were very punctual on getting the rubbish and access trees out our yard. A tree came through our roof. He had it repaired with no probably really quick. We have many managers but Fred is the best so far.
Candlelight Management does a 5-star job. The quality of the water needs to be improved. The drinking water is unsafe for consumption, cooking, and bathing.
