Nice an quiet...private street!
I've lived here about 20 years and am very happy with the neighborhood. Small and quiet with good people. I don't know what a previous reviewer was talking about a bad odor cause all the years I've been here there has been no bad odor at all.
I don't live there but I live right before you turn into there. I will say the raw sewage smell that comes from that place is enough to take a person breath. For the first 3 weeks of living in my new house I literally couldn't walk outside after the sun went down because the smell was so foul.Not sure if they fixed the problem but it's not as strong and now not as often but boy was it rough.
I love living here. Very quiet well kept park except for a few tenants not taking care of their lawns. I have been here for almost 3 years. Large lots not one on top of each other. 32 lots very nice small park
