I am a person that owns a Mobile Home at Candlelight Mobile Home Park at Orange City Florida. Each year they are increasing the monthly lot rent by more than 10% Starting as of January 2026 we just get a notice the it's going more that 10% From $790 to $890 with no information why. Management does nothing but ride around on a golf cart.
Its ok quiet park but they have no amenities, and they keep increasing lot rent went up from 710 to 807 in a years time, they dont open the club house either not even for hurricane protection. If this keeps up i may have to move out or get a full time job i really am struggling here!
I just moved hear and everyone is super friendly they really take good care of the place and the people here I love it wouldn't go anywhere else
