I went in to ask about repairing a necklace. I was first told it wasn’t worth fixing and to buy a new one, then told to come back in an hour because he might be able to repair it. When I returned three hours later, he hadn’t looked at it and asked me to come back yet again. When I declined, he became upset and practically threw the necklace back at me.
