I made a reservation for two nights. Showed up and the little man at the front desk said he never received any reservation while looking through his cell phone. Had quite the attitude, when i told him I made it through hotel.com. He went on to tell me that I need to contact them to get my money back, as he has been telling them for months to take his hotel off there website and that he didn't even have any rooms while the whole hotel parking lots was empty beside a work truck and van.
