Zero wheelchair accessibility whatsoever. I could barely even open the door on my own, much less get over the threshold at the same time. Once inside, there was no ramp up to the stepped level. The pathway between the checkout and the stepped level were so tight with people standing in the way that I couldn't access the rest of the store. I was in Bowling Green, KY for a work trip over a year ago and stumbled upon this GEM of a shop. Because I was only traveling with a carry on, I could only purchase smaller items (wax melts) and those wax melts have been my favorite ever since then. Incredible quality- they last so long and smell wonderful! Today I actually used my last wax melt from that purchase and was so sad until I saw online that they ship!! I am so thrilled!
