Company full of lies and cover ups. They claim to be backed up by orthodontists but it's completely untrue. Go to a real doctor with actual in person follow ups. The $ you save with Candid is not worth the hassle if you run into an unexpected issue in your treatment and NO one is here to help. Terrible customer support that keeps saying "sorry you are experiencing that without proper help and care". 1- They told me I had an "easy" case and would likely be done in 8 months. 7 months later I am on step 4/16. Not recommend it! My treatment with candid was terrible. I have to cost over $6000 to find new doctor and start new treatment. Candid lie all the time! If you have same problem like me have crowded teeth, I do not recommend it. Candid customer service was the worst in the world, every time I have took 40-60mins to wait and talk. Otherwise, candid co they don’t take responsibility for every customer. For example, they don’t have availability to solve the problem, but they want the money. It’s a very greedy company. UPDATE- KRIS is awesome! He already knew my concern and already had a solution. He was so quick as well! He has restored my faith in this company! Update- I contacted Candid to rectify my paid in full order, and not only was I instructed on two different processes and was told that they are unsure of what the studio guidelines are regarding cancelling my order, my call then got disconnected, but thankful as I was writing this the customer rep. called me back and will be getting me over to someone who can provide me with addi... read more
