Completely incompetent they called the same day as my sons first appointment to tell us we need to get a special x-ray before the appointment because they opened without proper equipment. Their online registration process was also ridiculously repeated and tech support as no idea what is happening in user experience. UPATED: They now won't leave me alone. They keep contacting me asking me to reschedule but don't have the equipment to do the required x-rays.
