From front staff, to the PA, to Dr. Ali, they are all wonderful. They actually answer their phone, it's easy to make an appt with them by phone or online, they make you very comfortable, and Dr. Ali is not just a doctor...he's a partner in your health journey. After trying two other places, and not having the best experience, I was wondering good service still existed when it comes to GPs. Dr. Ali and his team are top notch and take the time to listen to help as best they can. Also, paying out-of-pocket without insurance proved to be very reasonable and affordable.
