Disappointing. Inept intake process followed by an unprofessional demeanor, resulting in a waste of my time. One expects a business to have properly trained staff; apologies are nice, but it doesn't make up for the 1.5 hours i wasted as a result. I appreciated the professional position relayed to me and stated as such, and that I understood.
