My current GP is retiring and I'm searching for a new doctor. Called twice today and finally on the 2nd try and after letting it ring 40 times AT LEAST someone finally answered (I was instructed to stay on the phone and someone would help me . . . so that is what I did just an FYI.) I needed to know if a particular doctor was taking on new patients BUT after the horrible first impression . . . I think I'll pass on this particular practice.
One of the few drs that actually stop and listen and talk with the patient. I have never run into a situation that she acted as if she needed to be somewhere else
