Dr. Martin and her staff are patient and kind. They also communicate quickly through the OhioHealth app. I appreciate her honest and direct feedback on my care.
My daughter literally just turned 18 and has numerous health issues. Her endocrinologist moved out of state and I wanted to establish her with a pcp until she is able to see her new endo, as the earliest she could get in was Oct 30. My daughter is on numerous medication and I wanted to speak with Dr Martin about her health history as I have all the vital info. They took my daughter back and did not allow me to go. I can't speak highly enough or Dr. Martin. She's extremely competent and caring. She's always pleasant and is willing to spend as much time with me as necessary. I feel very fortunate to have her as PCP.
We switched to Dr Martin for my daughter’s primary care doctor. Appointments are easy to make, staff is very friendly and Dr Martin listens to her concerns.
I do not recommend Dr. Martin to anyone. As I had couple annual check ups for myself with this doctor, I wanted to switch my wife's primary physician to Dr. Martin as new patient, as she has some health issues and we were not very happy with current doctor. Scheduled appointment and when we arrived, we were told that only patient is allowed and no attendant. I would not recommend Dr Martin. She talks down to you. Seems like she’s annoyed to listen to her patients and just sit there with a blank stare. The office staff never returns your calls. Appointments are hard to schedule. Lastly she’s extremely rude. I definitely will not return
Dr. Martin is my GP and I feel very fortunate to have her as such. She is professional yet friendly AND caring. I feel that she really listens to her patients.
