Absolutely would not use this provider or recommend to anyone, very unprofessional, rude and condescending.
So disappointed in how unkind and uncaring Candice treated me during a visit on 11/14/24. She was sarcastic, acted indignant about questions I had to better understand the plan she offered for treating my GI issues. I would not trust this provider to be thorough and compassionate based on how poorly she treated me. Please find a better provider for your care!
How delightful Mrs. Jackson is!!! I describe Nurse Practitioners as 'almost doctors', and that she is. We went to see her because she was the first available person who would be able to see my husband, who was having digestive organ distress. I didn't notice that he was 'jaundiced' only that he was in pain and needed to be seen soon. She could see him. She performed the 'normal' things doctors to, but she was very interested in his skin cast. She said, "I worry about you and I am going to get Dr. Prado in here right away." T... read more
