Dr. Lovato loves what she does, which is evident through the care she provides. She’s more than willing to evaluate imaging and notes from other physicians, and tries to get a full picture before recommending treatments. I found her demeanor to be sweet, caring, and patient, and I appreciated how she gave me a variety of different options to treat my fibroids. She’s a prime example of managing and following up on patient care, and while I am sad to leave her practice, I can only hope to find another OBGYN like her.
This is a wonderful place- I’d highly recommend! I switched my insurance and was extremely happy to know that this office accepted my new insurance. Every time I’ve been there the staff has been welcoming and friendly! Dr. Lovato is excellent! Very understanding, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable!!! She showed concern and care which is something I was looking for in an obgyn. I couldn’t have chosen a better location!
I wish I could give negative stars. This provider along with a Danbury hospital resident left retained products of conception inside me for WEEKS. Office staff is extremely rude and cold (with the exception of one or 2 nurses). I went for an ultrasound and was crying because I was so overwhelmed by my situation and being 4 weeks postpartum having to get a transvaginal ultrasound and just at what was happening to me. I have been seeing Dr. Lavoto since 2020. Though I moved away, I still drive to see her 50 minutes away. That in itself speaks to how I feel about her as a provider. She is timely, a good listener and understands what the patient needs. I appreciate that her exams never hurt me and I am comfortable. I recommend to friends and family.
