She was kind and listened and she was patient. She wanted all the facts. I enjoyed Mo her assistant as well! Great office staff and wonderful vibes!
Great DOCTOR, really not a friendly front desk staff, may need more training on customer service
The front desk assistant, I think Elena? Was just okay. Not much of a personality. Can definitely be kinder and smile more! But Dr. Kim was amazing! She was kind, bubbly, and so easy going. She found the issue with my mother and we were out of there all within 30 minutes. Overall, a great place!
It was my very first time visiting the office this morning and everybody is completely welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kim is absolutely wonderful! I’m glad I found her as my doctor.
If you are sick do not cone here, find someone else, she is said to be a good doctor, her front iffice SUCKS, women working the front don't csre about you, the cost me a kidney surgery because of their ineptitude. Surgeon sent a request for echo, stress and review surgery approval, i was scheduled fir 3 different dates because the insurance they claimed, it couldall be done in one visit but the office wanted more $$$$$ hospital just called with bad news.
