I have been seeing Dr. Cook for two and a half years. Although we have successfully dealt with the initial reason for seeking out counseling for myself I still continue to see her regularly. We cover many topics together and very often I discover new insights about myself and others in my life. She works with me not only on understanding myself and situations that arise, but then how to change the patterns I've created in order to accomplish long term changes in my life. Her knowledge of vitamins, minerals, and herbs and their effects is vast; she was able to understand my specific needs and goals and advise me accordingly.
