Awful. Barely spent any time with me. Lied on my records saying I received a breast exam when she didn't even look at them. Charged me twice for a single ultrasound, but just labeled each charge differently so she could get two payments.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tilles. She is truly one of a kind and goes above and beyond for her patients. She is deeply caring, compassionate, able to keep everyone calm, incredibly informed and if she doesn’t know about something she always researches it. I honestly could not ask for more in a doctor. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Tilles more if I tried. Her office staff are incredibly sweet and patient as is she. I had a previous experience with another OB elsewhere where I didn’t feel heard and felt dismissed. I decided to try seeing a different OB on a recommendation in this office but was told I could be a better match for Dr. Tilles and they weren’t wrong! I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Tilles! From the moment she walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. She was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly empathetic and present — something that’s hard to find in today’s rushed medical world.
