Whenever I return to Lawrenceville from being away,,,the only restaurant I crave is Candela's. The best Tomatopies ever on this Planet...The dining room is so welcoming with the delicious smells coming from the open kitchen...The Tomatopies are succulent...The sauce is unmatched and, the crust tastes like God made it himself . The service is wonderful...Everybody is so friendly...The Candela family is commited to a standard of excellence and, it shows everywhere..
I order from Candela at least once and usually twice a week, and their pizza, sandwiches and pasta are some of the best in the area. Little Frank at Candela Quakerbridge usually takes care of me in the restaurant, and Hannah or Kyle help me on the phone. Everyone is super friendly and knows I'm usually in a hurry. There's seldom a wait and they treat me like an old friend, always remembering what I order, what I'm up to and how many garlic knots I'd like.
