She is just horrible. Didn’t care to even listen to my concerns. Interrupted me while in the process of explaining my concerns. I don’t even think she knows what she’s talking about. I got incorrect information from her. She said I didn’t have something based off of false information. she didn’t even check to know for certain my concerns were incorrect. Unprofessional, hostile, snarky, condescending - too familiar - she'd breeze into the exam room and say 'hey girlfriend'... no compassion, and empathy? None.
I have seen her twice now. The first time I waited for 4 months to get assistance with the issues I tried to talk to her about. At that time, I had only received a link to read an article on something I didn’t have. I only got the care I needed when someone else reached out to see if I was current in my mammogram. Through her, I was able to get most of what I needed. The second time I saw her was for knee pain and swelling on both legs. She did not even look at them or touch me once. It was the worst experience I ever had going to the doctors. She was very belittling.and seemed as if she did not care how I felt or wanted to listen to my concerns. I could not express my feelings without a rebuttal as everything I was trying to discuss was wrong. She just read my file and gave me her opinion without addressing my concern. Will be changing doctors office and will not be back.
When I actually needed her she dropped the ball! She was fine at my annual wellness check...I am new to the Phoenix area, an uncomplicated patient, no meds to deal with etc. but I had an incidental finding on a chest CT from Mayo clinic and they told me to follow up with my PCP. Candace couldn't order followup imaging she told me, without the chest CT from Mayo, no problem...or so I thought.
