I've had nothing but excellent experiences working with Ms. Ladley on multiple occasions. She handled my trust and was extremely professional and did a fantastic job explaining all of the details and nuances. She had also advised us on other legal issues and has always been very responsive, candid and helpful.
She handle my aunts estate with no problems. I would use her again.
If only words could describe what this con artist put my family through. She was originally hired to litigate a trust despite matter in CA. She is from WA and did not disclosed that to anyone. Instead of listening to the clients to litigate the dispute, she filed charges close to $100k in legal bills and when we refused to pay because she was not doing her job she exercised a “power of sale” on the property of the Trust, which allows her to sell the property to pay her legal fees.
