Purchased a custom bed. Buying experience was great and product is high quality. Delivery and logistics between C&B and Ace logistics was quite poor. C&B called and asked me to respond to an email that never came. When I called back, multiple calls over a few days were not answered. The delivery company they source had further scheduling issues and then when they arrived, told me they couldn't get the product up the stairs and advised that I should refuse delivery.
