A good-quality product, but unfortunately, a very disappointing customer service experience! Definitely not on par with the company’s upscale positioning. First of all, this photo doesn’t even do the couch justice. We are so happy with our Candice and Basil couch and I’m obsessed with the fabric!! We were looking to replace our old couch and decided to check out a few different stores. The moment we got to the store Anna was so amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Shoutout to Anna and Nidhi for their excellent service throughout. Anna from Sales was really helpful with the selection of fabric as per out need and Nidhi from the support team was brilliant in supporting us after we had some problems with our initial delivery if the couch
We got a custom couch, and it’s beautiful. It was worth the wait. We had a communication error that was sorted very efficiently with the owner.
