I had my hair transplant at Cancun Hair Restoration two weeks ago, and the experience was excellent. The doctors and staff were extremely professional, careful, and explained everything clearly, including before and after care. I received 1,900 grafts, and the procedure was completely painless. My recovery has been great, and after two weeks I have no visible scars. Everything has healed very well. I am very grateful for their amazing work and highly recommend Cancun Hair Restoration to anyone considering a hair transplant. ... read more

Update: it’s been well over a year since I left the review below, and they replied apologizing for not honoring their signed letter agreeing to refund me travel expenses to have to comeback for a 3rd procedure due to their negligence. But it gets worse…. I was embarrassed when a friend found me online in CHR ads. Not just on their Google business page, but all over the internet bc apparently CHR either sold or gave my image and likeness out to a medical tourism marketing company to use. In 10/2025 I demanded they remove it, ... read more

AVOID. Worst financial decision of my life was going to Cancun Hair Restoration. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Paid $10000 for FUE with poor results. They overcharged and lie about how many grafts they use. Go to other clinics nearby. Cancun Hair Restoration are unprofessional, unqualified, and liars. Look at the fake reviews. DON’T GO HERE. PROTECT YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND HAIR. AVOID.

Had a few FUE transplants at Cancun Hair Restoration (CHR), and would not recommend. They can only do 500-800 hairs per session and charge more than local Cancun companies. Sylvia, who does the procedures, has a short temper (which is scary when she's moving your hairs around - she got mad at me after one procedure when I explained the hair graft thickness doesn't blend well with the rest of my hair, so she randomly ripped hairs out without asking, and stuck them in awkward positions to bully me). Fernando renegotiate the am... read more

I wanna say I’m very disappointed in my outcome. It’s been a full year and I really had high hopes for a better outcome but my transplant really didn’t help much. I would give a 1 star except the staff are all excellent people. Wish I didn’t spend $3k for this.
