Dropped off vehicle early for them not to rush ,but that was a mistake looks like they kept putting it of for the next car and they did a terrible rush job on mine. wipe streaks allover my QX60 ,also the interior was wiped down in a hurry. They may need a new vacuum, because they couldn't vacuum out the carpet deodorizer that I had put down for that purpose was still there

On line it say it close at 6pm I was there at 5pm it was some ladies out there laughing when I was asking her questions about the time I also have a video of the time not a good look

Cancun carwash was closed upon arrival at 5:15pm. Their website states the business hours are from 9am - 6pm. After questioning several employees sitting outside they began to chuckle after I stated the business hours stated they close at 6pm. I traveled far to have my truck detailed. I was initially referred from one of your satisfied customer. This is very unprofessional especially after viewing most positive reviews from your website. I would hope that you DON'T do anymore customers this way. Regards, Karen
