Ron Wells and his team are attentive and supportive beyond what I would hope to expect. He knows his craft, and has a very good support team.They provide the latest technology, great support and diligent problem solving. Ron helped us find a level of comfort and security following our experience with a home invasion. Trust is a precious commodity.
The company is great and the management is very helpful with all sort of things. But the use of force instructor, Midcy. Was not the best and not good at all. Didn’t enjoy and didn’t feel helped by her way of teaching. She never really gave me many opportunities to work on using the handcuffs and there were multiple times that she only gave me one chance to handcuff someone and then had me handcuffed 3-4x in a row before moving onto the next thing.
