I recently visited this Canco location and was highly disappointed by the customer service. The employee on duty a young Indian gentleman completely ignored my questions because he was distracted by a phone .Even when I tried to get his attention, he refused to pause his conversation to assist me. This level of indifference is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer facing role. I hope management addresses this behavior and ensures employees receive proper training in customer care.
