Terrible company, crazy unprofessional. Drivers are always more worried about their own bottom line and whether or not they think they will get tips. As someone who brings hospital patients to get loaded into cabs, I genuinely encourage you to absolutely never consider this company, as their garbage drivers will leave sick people out in the cold in lieu of a tip. Don’t support a company that seemingly actively encourages such a capitalistic and cold approach to providing a necessary service.
My mother has a dr in the cancer care in st B. The doctors are amazing and her dr recently switched receptionist to "Mere" and she is someone that should NOT work in cancer care. She is so rude, so unkind, so mean, she listens to reply and refuses to let you finish speaking your concerns. I have come to dread calling the office as it is sad and irritating to have to deal with this .. receptionist. So unhelpful and mean.
