I reached out to CTOAM because my mother was not a candidate for a lung biopsy due to pulmonary compromise. My inquiry was very clear—I specifically asked about liquid biopsy as an alternative. There's so many more options available then what the Canadian Healthcare system would lead you to believe. I'm very thankful for this company and the team. They worked extremely fast and got my father into surgery within 2 weeks of our initial appointment. The Canadian standard of care would have left my dad damaged from radiation and on hormone therapy which actually wasn't even working. Our socialized system does not have the resources to expedite DNA blood analysis, tissue staining and sequencing as well as other offerings.
