I only gave one star because zero stars was not an option. Like many other negative reviews on here this is not the best place to take a cancer patient to. At first they seem to care but after having my mom here for over a week they don't. It is just another place that no one knows what the other person is doing. The case worker does not know her job gives wrong information. My mom has been here over a week and they haven't even touched her cancer issue. The highest caliber, most humble, want to help, professionals and staff. They take their time with you, listen closely and are honored to assist. Medicine isn’t practiced this way anymore. Look no further regardless of whether or not you’re dealing with a cancer diagnosis. They treat so much more than that. I’ve experienced the atmosphere of truly caring individuals (from the security guards to the medical director) subconsciously assist one’s healing ❤️‍🩹 journey.

We visited City of Hope for my husband’s follow up appointments with Dr Gellhaus. He is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. All the people we came in contact with from the drivers, front desk, security, gift shop and clinic desk were all super friendly and all had smiles on their faces. City of Hope definitely employees quality people. We were very happy with our visit and hope for a positive outcome with my husband’s cancer diagnosis.

Noone should have to jump through so many hoops to get an appointment and be told they can't help them without records from childhood. Not everyone has parents that kept records.
