The girl who answers the phones is a unprofessional doc block. This center let my mother down horribly. She could barely walk and I drove her an hour each way there for an appointment for them to say sorry we are waiting on your insurance to approve this life saving procedure. They could've told me that during a virtual visit before dragging her there. We'll it was finally approved a week after she died.
