REGARDING 20159 North Scottsdale Road, City of Hope cancer facility - Front office staff was quite rude during my mother’s last visit. The office manager, Jason, never returned any of my mother’s phone calls. My mother and I had to drive over there to get a prescription refill. Look no further regardless of whether or not you’re dealing with a cancer diagnosis. They treat so much more than that.
I have been a patient here since 2020 when they were Cancer Treatment Center of America; at this time they actually seemed to care about taxing your cancer. When they became City of Hope I noticed the compassion from the doctors and nurse practitioner was minimal. They still had a few (one who recently left - I don't blame him).
