Amazing care! The Dr’s are great ..nurses, staff Very caring and professional
It is with regret I post this review. CTCA, prior to City of Hope, saved my wife’s life. The care team is still there and still amazing! However, the corporate cuts make it near impossible to see them. I have left messages, waited on hold multiple times for hours now and no one will call or answer to set a follow up appt with my wife. When dealing with cancer, you would think they would care more about level of service and expediency.
We started our cancer treatments at another facility and after frustrating experiences being treated like a bill, we decided to try City of Hope. It’s been the BEST decision. The people here go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, explain your treatment, and take care of you. Everything is done with care and attention to detail. Cancer diagnoses and treatments are hard enough — why go somewhere that makes it harder? We are so grateful for the team at CoH.
The hematologist failed to review my chart prior to the appointment and dismissed clear abnormalities in my blood work. I was sent home with a vague follow-up plan, despite results indicating the need for further care. I am seeking another hematologist for a more thorough evaluation
