Best treatment. The people working here are the nicest and most helpful and informative.
Our experience with City of Hope was incredibly disappointing and heartbreaking, especially during one of the most difficult times our family has ever experienced. My mom was admitted to City of Hope and was there for approximately a week while battling cancer. During that time, we were told that her radiation treatment could not be provided while she was an inpatient and that it would have to be handled as an outpatient because of an issue with her insurance. The Drs, the nurses and ask the rest of the people working there are so good.. Always happy and always remembers your name. So glad we found this facility.
Everybody there so far is treated me with respect and are very nice to talk to, but I think the biggest problem with this Corporation is they take on too many patients and they are not able to attend to everybody as they should, I have a 4 to 6 weeks wait before I get my biopsy and it's already been at least two weeks and nobody has contacted me to let me know that I'm still cared about, so I am left with wondering if I have cancer or not, if I would have known that they are so understaffed I would have considered other opti... read more
Very nice campus - clean and bright. Easy to navigate and staff are eager to help. Medical personnel are very informative and patient if you have additional questions - in fact they seem to welcome questions. My experience was enlightened and informative.
