I have been a patient here since 2020 when they were Cancer Treatment Center of America; at this time they actually seemed to care about taxing your cancer. When they became City of Hope I noticed the compassion from the doctors and nurse practitioner was minimal. They still had a few (one who recently left - I don't blame him). They suck.
After many years with this center, they've definitely changed, When it was CTCA the service was extraordinary. Now that it is COH, although the people are still really nice, the service is dreadful. Maybe they are now overworked or something. This writing is about a recent mastectomy experience. Here is list of things that happened. 1-After the surgery was finished the family was left in the waiting room for hours with no notification that the operation was complete, or a success, or anything. 2-None of the surgeons that ope... read more
