I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Warmuth. The first visit I had with him, he treated me like I had been going there my entire life. He took time to explain everything to me and made me feel very safe in his care. I am so grateful I found such a great HemOnc Doc since Im a nurse and have nigh standards. If you need one, go see Dr. Warmuth!
Dr Warmuth was part of my winning breast cancer beating team in 2006. My friend and surgeon Dr. Sadowski referred me to Dr Warmuth for my treatments. He has been by my side for 19 years keeping me healthy. I trust my Dr Warmuth!
update: the scheduling supervisor had great service recovery, but the fact that the scheduler retains her position and will be someone we have to continue working with is a downside to Dr. Warmuth's business. Dr. Marc Warmuth, I would like to know why your schedulers are so unprofessional they hang up on cancer patients? we are going through a lot in our family and the last thing we need is a scheduler with an attitude hanging up on us and failing to follow through with scheduling a STAT MRI. because she did not call us back... read more
Dr.Warmuth is by far one of those people when you are in their presence you completely feel safe in the knowledge he is going to do everything he can to save your life or your loved ones life and then sets out to do just that.
