Incredible staff from the front desk to nurses and infusion staff, to accounting, and of course the doctors and surgical team!! They make your recovery their top priority. Their knowledge and caring attitude really encourages and enables you to feel comfortable in your journey.
If you currently live in the C Suite of life this is an amazing place to partner for your care planning. I am new to the C game but since the arrival of my lump through biopsies and scans to today's surgery the staff has been amazing. Dr. Kroph who in my world is Doc Sunshine is literally a medical angel who has made this journey I did not choose to be on very nice. The doctor saved my life and has gave me be best care. The nurses are great too. I LOVE them all for going over and above.
So far so good. Met Dr. Shugarman while inpatient and she was very warm and informative. For my first appointment I met with Scott and true to his bio he did make the appointment fun and he does have a caring attitude. Hope my relationship here is short and sweet but so far I am pleased with my care.
Only posting this because not much else can be done. I had an appointment scheduled, I was told I needed my insurance to process the claim (authorization). This appointment which was on June 24th went on to be cancelled (I called the day of to confirm and was told we could not proceed because my insurance was supposedly “being slow”). I called my insurance on the 30th, (today) they said no prior authorization was needed for the therapy and diagnoses I had.
