When dealing with patients who have cancer or otherwise, you should always be courteous , and polite. These patients (cancer patients) have a hard enough time as is and they surely don't need the front desk receptionist being rude to them. It was hard to bear listening to the back office receptionist Janie being rude to a patient. She yelled at her in front of everybody and God bless her because she didn't feed into that bad day, attitude Janie openly displayed. I get treatments here every month, the staff does their best to make you comfortable and to help you with any needs. Sweetest nurses I've ever known!
