I was really impressed by the level of service, professionalism, and empathy of everyone involved, from the receptionists, to the nurses, to Professor Gyorki in taking care of my wife and reassuring our family during a very difficult time. I was referred to the gastroenterologist at this clinic for advice on a precancerous lesion. He was offhand, uninterested and minimised my predicament. Promised to refer me to another gastro for treatment but it’s been 5 weeks and no one has bothered to call me. High consultation fee for short appointment with no outcome. Dissapointed is an understatement. The reception staff were very nice though.

Firstly, the receptionists are amazing, in particular Renee, who has always gone out of her way to make me feel so comfortable and supported. Dr Jacob is an exceptional surgeon - my family and I speak of him often in glowing terms. The whole team are truly exceptional human beings. Forever thankful.
