I was referred to the gastroenterologist at this clinic for advice on a precancerous lesion. He was offhand, uninterested and minimised my predicament. Promised to refer me to another gastro for treatment but it’s been 5 weeks and no one has bothered to call me. High consultation fee for short appointment with no outcome. Dissapointed is an understatement. The reception staff were very nice though.
Firstly, the receptionists are amazing, in particular Renee, who has always gone out of her way to make me feel so comfortable and supported. Dr Jacob is an exceptional surgeon - my family and I speak of him often in glowing terms. The whole team are truly exceptional human beings. Forever thankful.
The safest, most comfortable and respected I have ever felt at any specialist. Dr McCormick is as sharp as they come, and makes some of the most uncomfortable conversations bearable. The reception staff are so lovely and friendly and always willing to help 10/10
Ana at reception was so lovely to deal with whilst my wife was having pain and discomfort. She offered suggestions and was very patient and polite.
Dr Holly is so lovely , attentive, caring and knowledgeable. :)
