Amazing service by dedicated professionals. I am eternally grateful for the treatment I have received over the past 7 months.
Its ridiculous whenever I call different time of the day nobody answers the phone. So I drove there one time and 3 receptionist there. How is that possible they weren't all on the phone. This is appalling
Amazing staff in the chemo clinic. Administration needs an overhaul and some more people answering the phone. Today I received a message that I have an telephone oncology appointment on the 15th at 1140am. Today is the 16th. They call 1155am. I was using the bathroom. They told my support worker they would call back in 45 Mins. They didn't. Tomorrow is Saturday.
Omg the phone systems are terrible they need more staff trying to get through last time wait was three hours Do something to fix this please
Staff are fantastic people. The business side of things however are very very poor. Don't bother trying to ring them unless you have an hour or two spare. I guess they are a privately run place so it's not about the patient it's about profit. I've found them to try and be intimidating, they have a bully like nature toward the patient.
