It was a long week of 10 radiation treatments for me but Teddy (in Sedona) made the week so much easier. She was caring, professional and attentive each and every day to all of my needs and every detail. I’m thankful to have been in her care.
The doctor was very good however, my husband has billing issues that have not been resolved by this facility. We have reached out multiple times and we found a double billing. Northern Arizona Healthcare has not fixed this. When we told them he did not have service on a particular day, we were told that is how it gets billed at times. Per insurance this is fraudulent . Patient Billing Relations is who told us that.
What a crew they are from admissions through the cleaning lady and all in between nurses, radiation techs, Doctors that make your life very important to survive what you are going through. I highly recommend Cancer Centers Of NAH-Sedona!
I went to this ER because I am pregnant and began bleeding with cramps. I was trembling and worked up when I first arrived. Lenore and Gilbert were phenomenal. Super patient and kind. I ended up having to be transferred down the road but they were great nurses and helped me relax.
