I've worked professionally with Dr. K for years. When my mother was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in January 2018, I was petrified but knew that she was in the right hands. Dr. K not only checked on my mother religiously but called me once a week every night on his way home from work to check on me. In May of 2018 my mother was transferred to Haven Hospice in Palatka. I must admit the day I met Dr Kuravilla I was concerned. Before meeting me he had chose my team of doctors and I felt I should have been included in the decision and told him how I felt. He understood my concerns and requested I don’t take long in making a final choice because time was of the essence. My family and I were very impressed with Dr. Kuruvilla. He went out of his way to help direct treatment for my 81-year-old father, who has Stage IV lung cancer. He is a no-nonsense doctor who truly cares for his patients.
