I've been going here since diagnoses in April 2017. I can't say enough good things about my surgeon Dr. Paul's and the Radiation clinic.....always friendly, caring, knowledgeable and respectful during a very stressful time. The oncology clinic is stressful, my first appt. they didn't know why I was there? So far, not impressed. And since time is critical when beginning treatment, the folks at the desk seem to be clueless. First appointment, wrong doctor, no info given when appointment was made to have everything done (dentist) before appointment. Doctor seemed as confused as we were at appointment. Why were we seeing him? Why hasn't dental work been completed and submitted. Should be seeing rad doc first, not him. I was referred to Cancer Center of Kansas and was very disappointed in my patient care and the lack of communication from the office. I dont know if its poor office management, too many patients to handle adequately or both. I wont go back.
