Well, the people are nice, but for a two hour Infusion, you can count on spending a total of four hours twiddling your thumbs while everyone, nurses included, waits for your drug to be delivered from the pharmacy. I’ve been coming here for infusions for 2 years + and this has been the case every time. It’s a broken system that no one seems interested in improving.And this was not my experience at Siteman.
