Impossible to contact my doctors thru the public-interface staff (Nov. 9, 2020). These women are illiterate, hostile, incompetent + more than willing to let me die of lung cancer. My doctors aren't returning my msgs bcuz receptionists aren't sending them. Also phones ring + ring unanswered. I'm pu on hold for 30min + then disconnected. Better off dying somewhere else w/nicer women.
