As the parents of a daughter who has stage 4 Colon Cancer I would like to say Dr Mohammad is one of the most compassionate Dr’s our daughter has! To anyone trying to decide on an oncologist in the McKinney/ Lucas area his office with Texas Oncology is convenient and close to Central Expressway.
Before even walking in the door, DR. MOHAMMAD would like to GUARANTEE his paycheck is coming before even scheduling a moment of time, despite being referred with paperwork, and where they can collect that information at the appointment regardless. Last review I'd like to write. Their office knew of our referral but did not have the information. I am a new patient who was just diagnosed with cancer. I went in for my first appointment with Dr Mohammad who came into the room very arrogant from the moment he started speaking. He even challenged the questions I asked him. He was absolutely horrible!!! It makes me very sad that I went to him for guidance and understanding and answers and got none of the above. My fiance was treated by Dr. Farhan Mohammad. He is very compassionate, caring, honest and very understanding. He facilitated all of our requests. He even came on the weekends and after hours to visit my fiance at the hospital. He answered our calls outside of his working hours. He listened to our concerns and requests with an open mind. My fiance felt that Dr. Mohammad treated him with respect. He also takes our calls directly when we request to speak to him directly. We need more doctors like him.
