I have been coming here since June of this year. The front desk staff are so friendly and always very welcoming. Today I met with Karn, the social worker. He was extremely helpful. I was getting so frustrated with all the paper work and forms I needed to fill out, he did them all for me, I just needed to sign my name. It is so nice to have someone so helpful and caring. One less thing I had to do.
The staff are so pleasant and caring . The way they are so caring, so trusting, they make me feel so at ease while going thru such a scary time in my life. I am so very thankful for each and everyone of them.
I gave them 5 stars because of Karn the social worker. He is the perfect person to be the social worker because he is a people person, he's caring and gets back to you in a timely manner. He does his job very well and I'm so thankful for him. The nurses and receptionist are also very friendly and helpful.
Was well informed of up-coming treatments - well detailed.
