As a medical provider, and a referring provider, they are very efficient and great communicators to the referring provider. I received a text and fax to alert me my patient was scheduled for their new patient appointment. When we worry about the expedited response in relation to cancer care of our patients, especially with new diagnosis, this is a big deal with long wait times for referrals in town. Good luck getting an appointment, they lose referrals, don’t call, not sure what schedulers in this office do but they aren’t scheduling. Update : got a call and was told because my referral was for ASAP from my primary care Dr. they wanted me in this month (March) Jeffrey scheduled me for 3/27, as I was travelling and this was the soonest I was back in town. Then I get an email confirmation and to my shock it says my appointment is APRIL 27. I called last Friday but they close at 3 so , answering service. I called Monday an... read more
