Originally our appointment was cancelled but we called back a day later and got our appointment confirmed for today. We drove all the way from orchard park to be told we “did not have an appointment” and that it was cancelled due to COVID. While talking with the staff they said that the doctor was “on vacation” so we could not be seen today.
