The staff members are very friendly and professional; however, I have a few concerns. The facility tends to get crowded quickly, which can cause congestion when patients are trying to check in for their appointments while others are checking out. It might improve the flow if staff could handle patient check-outs in the back hallway area rather than at the front entrance. Never answers the phone, very hard to get ahold of.
I understand everyone has different experiences, unfortunately mine was terrible. The lack of treatment or even communication from this place has completely boggled my mind. After nearly 4 months of begging for a scrap of acknowledgment I have officially given up.
We travel an hour to see Dr. Martin Dietrich, and it’s absolutely worth it. From day one, Dr. Dietrich welcomed us with open arms and took my sister’s cancer diagnosis under his care as if she were family. He assured us that we were in this fight together, and his unwavering dedication, compassion, and positivity have been a source of strength for us throughout this journey.
