I am a new patient with Dr Palermo The doctor is compassionate and I trust his care all ready His staff works well despite busy schedules all around Dr Palermo’s nurse Kris went the extra mile for me and I appreciate her thoroughness and help.
I wanted to leave this review to highlight the absolute shining star of this place, Dr. Dietrich's nurse, Kelly. She is always there when I need her. It's often disheartening and frustrating when I call to make an appointment or need something else. The front desk rarely answers and never returns my calls. But all I need to do is call/text Kelly, and things get done! She is amazing and half of the reason why I continue to come back. The other half is Dr. Dietrich. First the good Dr.Palermo, Dr.Dietrich and Dr. Shankar are amazing and I really couldn’t ask for a better team. Dr. Dietrich is the most intelligent man I have ever met in my life and I could not be more grateful to him. I was diagnosed with AML IN 2024. I received a stem cell transplant on April 1, 2025 at Moffitt in Tampa. I relapsed and have been receiving various treatments to try to bring the AML back into remission. Needless to say, this has been a stressful time. All of my off site treatment has been under the care of Dr. Dietrich and his staff at Cancer Care Centers of Brevard. Dr. Dietrich, Kelly, and Yohanis.
