I gave a 1 star because it is SO hard to get thru to someone and if you do then you get put on hold and hung up on. I have been trying to get a referral for bloodwork for a while now and I keep getting told I’ll get a call back with NO call back EVER it’s very frustrating. I get they are busy & inundated with patients but I get the feel they don’t truly care nor want to help me get the care I need. I absolutely love Dr Palermo he is awesome but if this keeps happening I will be switching :/

The staff members are very friendly and professional; however, I have a few concerns. The facility tends to get crowded quickly, which can cause congestion when patients are trying to check in for their appointments while others are checking out. It might improve the flow if staff could handle patient check-outs in the back hallway area rather than at the front entrance. I understand everyone has different experiences, unfortunately mine was terrible. The lack of treatment or even communication from this place has completely boggled my mind. After nearly 4 months of begging for a scrap of acknowledgment I have officially given up.
